About Chairlift
Chairlift was born on a run. After hours of wrestling with names, I laced up my shoes and set off toward my usual route, which is about a mile from home, at the base of Baldy in Sun Valley, Idaho. As I paused to catch my breath, I looked up and saw the chairlifts rising into the sky. In that moment, the name clicked: Chairlift.
The meaning runs deeper than chance. Sun Valley is home to the world’s very first chairlift, a symbol of innovation and possibility. To me, it also captures what I aim to do through breathwork: offer a lift when the weight of life feels heavy. Just as a chairlift carries you over the steepest parts of the mountain, breathwork provides a boost over the stress, anxiety, and overwhelm we all face.
Chairlift is a space for anyone seeking clarity, calm, and resilience. Whether you’re navigating day-to-day challenges, chasing performance goals, or simply looking for a reset, breathwork can help you rise above and see things from a higher perspective.
Take a deep breath. Step on. Let’s ride over the mountain together.
